San Telmo Productions is a company with a heart. To us, filmmaking is about doing work we can take pride in while making sure cast and crew are always in a good work environment.

We also believe in using film as a vehicle for social change.

Since September 2010, we’ve been running a video and film workshop for disadvantaged teenage girls from the Villa 31 shantytown of Buenos Aires. The response from these girls -- the stars of our documentary “Goals for Girls” -- has been phenomenal. We are discovering future filmmakers among girls who might otherwise fall through the cracks of Argentine society. http://goalsforgirlsthemovie.org/workshop/

This workshop, which we plan to expand, is not our only project. We also develop and film public announcement spots and educational materials for young people. More projects are in the pipeline.
